Helicate has no ads, no accounts and no tracking cookies. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are
This website is run by Helicate. You can contact us about privacy at hello@helicate.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't track you across sites. We only see aggregate figures, such as how many people viewed a page.
- Email. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to deal with your request, and we don't keep them longer than we need to.
- Mock launch sign-up. This isn't open yet and collects nothing. We'll update this policy before it opens.
Cookies
We don't set any cookies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email hello@helicate.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above.
